Any person of age, Romanian or foreign citizen that is a resident in Romania, who submits a written application and who owns at least one pointer bird dog registered in a Book of Origins recognized by FCI, may become a member of CNCA.

Any person that does not persons own a pointer bird dog but who wishes to support the CNCA by paying the annual fee, may become a supporting member. Such person may become an active member if he/she acquires a pointer bird dog registered in a Book of Origins recognized by FCI.

In order to become a member of the CNCA:

  1. Pay the annual fee of 100 RON  in the account of the Association “The National Club of Hunting Work for Pointing Dogs”: RO60 BTRL 0300 1205 A545 87XX, open with Transilvania Bank Ploiesti.
  2. Active members must pay the annual fee as follows: 100 RON – until 30.03.2009, 150 RON – until 30.06.2009, 200 RON – after 30.06.2009 (no subscription required) in the account of the Association “CNCA”: RO60 BTRL 0300 1205 A545 87XX, open with Transilvania Bank Ploiesti.
  3. Members who do not pay the annual fee shall be excluded from the club and their rejoining shall be charged the amount of 300 RON.
  4. Download the application form and fill it in (the document is editable).
  5. Send your application request by one of the following methods:
  • BY POSTAL SERVICE: together with the proof of payment, at the address: CNCA, Breaza Str. Pestisori nr.7 jud. Prahova, cod postal 105400 (the proof of payment consists in a copy of the bank receipt).
  • FAX: together with the proof of payment, at fax no. 0244-347196
  • E-MAIL: at e-mail address bocanescumihai@yahoo.com – fill in the application request, save it in your computer and attach it to your e-mail. If possible, also attach a scanned copy of the bank receipt on which your legible signature. If you choose this method, confirmation of your application is required by phone (at no. 0742-100378).

The CNCA members have the following rights:

  1. to elect and be elected in club’s management positions (only the founding members and active members);
  2. to receive the membership card;
  3. to attend club’s competitions, conferences, seminars and assemblies;
  4. to attend the meetings during which decisions are made with respect to their activities performed as members;
  5. to collaborate with specialized publications issued by the club, as well as with any other publications;
  6. to improve their knowledge by taking part in various actions organized for such purpose;
  7. to be informed promptly and accurately with respect to any activity or action of the club;
  8. to be granted fee reductions at all club’s events.
  9. All information regarding the club shall be available on club’s web-site.

The CNCA members have the following obligations:

  1. to know club’s statute and regulations and to observe their provisions:
  2. to observe the Internal Order Regulations (IOR); to correctly and timely carry out the decisions of club’s Directory Board as well as the tasks that they are assigned;
  3. to timely pay the taxes and fees set;
  4. to not make use of their membership for actions which are detrimental to club’s activity or to club’s image.
